The online Affiliates Log-in area enables you to view all of the information pertaining to your referred sales and personal details. It allows you to see in real-time the sales that have been referred through your web site and gives an overview of general information regarding your commission.

Once logged in you will see that you will be able to update the majority of your personal details. Example Only!

Following that area is a section detailing the amounts of commission owing, commission not yet redeemed and other calculations. Below is a description of how each total is calculated to make it easier for you to understand.

There are a couple of points to remembers:

1. All sales that are referred through your web site and have been dispatched do not get credited to your account for 3 months after dispatch date.
2. Any dates mentioned (eg 2002-06-01) are referring to the last time that orders were removed from our database and is used to calculate commissions not yet redeemed and commission already owing prior to that date etc. Example Only!

Total Commissions Redeemed:
Is the total commission that you have redeemed over the period of time that you have been a didjshop affiliate.

Sum Commission credited After 2002-06-01
Is the sum of the total percentage of sales referred through your web site which have been dispatched more then 3 months ago, but after the displayed date.

Sum Commission credited Before 2002-06-01
Is the sum of the total percentage of sales referred through your web site which have were credited to you prior the displayed date.

Total Commission credited *Sum of above two
Is the sum of the above sections and shows the total amount of commission you have earned so far (excluding commission earned during the last three month).

Sum Commission waiting to be credited *For orders which have been dispatched in the last three months
Is the sum of the commission of the orders that been dispatched but have not been dispatched for more then 3 months. Once the individual orders reach 3 months since they were dispatched, they are credited to your account. This three month delay allows for the possibility of charge-backs or other disputes.

Total Payments * Since 2002-06-01
Is the sum of the total payments or redemption that you have redeemed. Each time you redeem any commission by ordering products or requesting cash, this is updated.

Amount of commission you can redeem now
This amount is the Total Commission Credited (see above) minus your total payments made in this order period. This is the total amount of commission you can redeem to the current date.

Redeem Commission
To redeem some or all of your commission in the way of Didjeridoos or other product, then click on the redeem commission button and a window will pop-up. This will allow you to enter a dollar value that you would like to redeem. You then click the generate button and a code will be displayed that you have to copy.

Now you go to Didjshop.com and order the goods you want. In the checkout on the shipping page you will find a field called 'Adjustment'. Paste your redemption code into that field and the order total will be reduced by the dollar amount you choose to redeem.

Please be aware that the code is only valid for 24 hours. If not used, the code will expire and you will have to generate a new code to redeem your commission.

If you would prefer to redeem your commission for cash please ensure your address details are correct and contact Didjshop Affiliates. The minimum commission redeemable for cash is A$50.-.

Below is the overview of your total payments received since the last removal of orders from the database. Each time you click the Redeem Commission button and either use the discount code to purchase some products or redeem your commission in the way of cash, that amount is added to this section so you can keep track of your redemption.

Below the overview of orders totals etc is a list of orders referred through your site. It is split into 3 main sections: Each section looks similar to the below example: Example Only!

1. The first section lists all of the orders that were referred through your web site and have been dispatched more then 3 months ago.
   
2. The second section lists all orders that were referred through your web site and have been dispatched during the last 3 months. These orders will be credited to your account once they reach a total of 3 months since dispatch date.
   
3. The third section is a list of orders that are still in the processing stage. Keep in mind that these orders will not necessarily get credited. If for some reason the customer cancels their order, the commission will not be credited. This is only an indicative overview of orders that may be credited to you once they have been successfully processed and dispatched.
