Very helpful customer service, however I was annoyed that my credit card wasn't charged until my didge shipped...resulting in me paying an extra $14 because the currency exchange had changed.

My first three didjes came amazingly fast with no problems. I have had great help from people with buying the didjes. My last didj was hurt in transit and then held up by Trever's absence, so I can't give a 10 on this. But I am still very happy with the communication and as long as the didj returns well packed, I am still happy with the service. I would rather have an authentic aboriginal didj from an artist like Trevor, than an efficient quick sale from a company that has no personality.

The didjes, that I have bought from you, are the best that I have seen anywhere. I go to didj gatherings and camps and shows and see and play many didjes.

How does "ae416" compare with your other didjes on price, sound quality and value?
ae416 is the best didj that I have ever played. I am waiting to play my new one when it comes, as I have great hopes that it will be as good. I bought an aluminim and fiberglass didj last year, because it is light and easy to use for parades. I am not so careful with it as my "good didjes" and it comes in handy for leaving in hot cars and taking places that would be hard on the other didjes.

The didj was almost perfect, but had a little loose chip in the tongue of the snake, that came out when i touched it. It isn't anything that I want to complain about but is the only possible fault. I love the sound and it plays beautifully. The looks are pure art and I have gotten so many compliments on it.

Svargo Freitag was so helpful and answered all my questions. He even played it to be able to answer questions about how it played. Everyone was terrific and I was really happy. I expected this didj to be awesome. It is the fifth one that I have bought from you, so I can't in truth say that it was much better than I expected, but I am always so happy with your didjes
