Hi there,
I'm a student here just wondering if I could get people to participate in a study on Indigenous housing (no pranks please or abuse).
Thank you!
Housing issues in Australia and Social Justice in Australian communities
This survey is designed for educational purposes only by students of the Western Sydney Institute of TAFE. It is self funded and independent. Results will not be published or publicly distributed.
The survey is being used to support the studies completed by the Social Justice team sitting for the Diploma of Aboriginal Studies at Mount Druitt. The results will be used to compile statistics about their area. They will be used to look at the types of data and issues that are often gathered and investigated in public policy, those areas in life which form the basis of social justice action.
We invite all people around Australia to participate. You will in no way be identified, all answers are treated confidentially, and they are to be anonymously submitted.
Thank you so much for your time and support.
For more information or an invitation please contact us at sydneys-western-indigenous-media-swim@googlegroups.com

Hello !
Here are a few questions about Bull-Roarers...
> What type of rope should be used to attach the bull-roarer to offer suffisent resistance and security ?
A normal "spiral-weaved" rope ? or animal's nerves ? or other ?
I was wondering because I broke a bull-roarer's rope last year by just turning it around me, as it keeps on turning and un-turning whilst revolving on itself ! (quite dangerous!)
> And are they delivered with their rope on DidjShop or not ?
> I have also heard that in Aboriginal's beliefs, one should not turn the bull-roarer around himself in order to not attract bad souls or spirits... Does somebody here know a bit more on the magical beliefs related to the bull-roarer ? And what is/are the Aboriginal name(s) for this "instrument" ?
Thanks a lot...

Greetings Brothers and Sisters
Osiyo ( Hello )
I am Darrel Whitewolf, a Chickamauga, Cherokee Wolf clan Elder, teacher, Traditional mens dancer, Drum healer, Flute player and Pipe carrier. I currently live and teach in Adelaide South Australia.
I am searching for someone to do a radio interview on Prophecy Keepers Radio. You need to be either an Elder, medicine person or healer and have some form of references, web site or other information. You can be either Male or Female. Prophecykeepers Radio is Native American owned and operated by Will Blue Otter, an enrolled Chickamauga, Wolf clan Cherokee.
Topics of the interview would include Aboriginal prophecies, healing the Earth, your cultural activities and background.
Blue otter will call you and set it up. It will not cost you anything but your time. The actual interview is done over the phone long distance again at no cost to you and in the privacy of your own home.
Either contact me Darrel Whitewolf at bluescorpion52@optusnet.com.au
OR
Will Blue Otter himself at
prophecykeepers@mchsi.com
Tell him Whitewolf sent you.
Wado ( Thank you)
