I am going to try to respond to your question from a purely non-expert position .

My experience is that the sound and vibration of any good didj has wonderful healing properties. What would identify a healing didj is its weight rather than its sound. With a lighter didj it is possible to easily move around the person you are with and reach all the areas that need healing. If you do not need to move about during your healing session, a heavier didj would be just fine. Didjshop can help you if you are looking for a healing didj, but don't have weight as a concern.
