I don't know how accurate this is .
BUT I am NOT doubting these studies I have heard about .
I went from 'mild sleep apnea' to Chronic sleep apnea in 8yrs .
In ALL this time I had been playing Didj , I was not overweight .
Mr sleep Specialist told me he had "skinny , little" 6 & 8y/old kids
as bad as me . You don't have to be fat , old or a boozehead .
