Heya,
Well I'm just finishing working in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa; I'm from Canada, but its the same rules. I have been living in Melbourne and I think the didj scene is rather decent here. As for work here, I had a very hard time until I went to a recruitment agency. If you come to Melbourne, call Sharyn Cox who works for Hays Professional Recruitment; 9604 9606 (Thats her direct line). She got me a job 2 hours after I called her and then got me another one (first one was a 4 day contract) working with the Australian Government.
