Great service. Didge was quite a bit above budget, but payment could be done as flexible as I liked.

overall feel of company and website was just very good

How does "am919" compare with your other didjes on price, sound quality and value?
the other one is a pvc didj, so price difference was huge. The pvc one has great value because it's probably the best learner didje. The sound is even pretty good when it comes to loudness, vocals etc. But the sound of am919 just blows you away. It has such a deep and intense vibe, it kind of sucks you into trance, whether you want it or not. So the value of both is great, but the pvc one feels like a toy, and the am919 like the REAL THING.

The only comment I have and I think this is something you could have noticed before shipping is that there was probably a bit to much sealer/varnish/coating wich has resulted in a mark in the varnish, the varnish has probably been (dont know the english word) running(?) down the didg when drying.. But this is not enough trouble for me to make a RMA

My other didjes are made of bamboo. These cannot compare to this didj. The sound is a lot better in all the didjs i ordered from you.

Allright. The Didj is simply wonderful. Very nice sound easy to play and very nicely decorated. Actually the MP3 file cannot compare with the real sound. I was aware of that detail but I still was possitevely surprised by the sound quallity.

Well, I visited quite a lot of webs. I felt your site was serious. Ivould never buy nay instruments via internet If I couldn't see at least a picture and how it sounds. The enlargement picture, and the extensively well explaned rating system really made a difference. In the future I'll only buy from you (If i don't go to Australia myself...)
