very professional gave clear understanding of the purchase product which could be difficult in such a complex item to buy on line but your company took all the pain out of the decision making and delivered exactly what you described

One of the items I had ordered did not arrive with my order,I emailed Svargo he promptly replied and mailed the item off. Thank Svargo. Another small thing, my address was written backwards on my order Lot 102 should have read Lot 201 my Didj still found me ok but it did cause some confusion for the courier.

I'm really happy with the service I received from didjshop. Shiralee phoned me on the day I placed my order to explain delivery cost ie Greyhound to WA and confirmed the cost for me. It was a public holiday in Queensland on that day so much appreciated Shiralee. Thank you to Svargo for playing the 3 didj's I was interested in over the phone.

Really good info on web site. Was sick of travelling around a lot of touristy shops and not being able to compare the different criteria for each didg - website was really well layed out with photo, key, hoot key, playability & other qualities and most of all being able to hear it.
