Name and Country Please tell us what you like and/or dislike about this didj Please comment on our service and workmanship Please name one important reason for you to be buying from us Any other reasons why you bought from us How does your new didjshop didj compare with your other didjes on price, sound quality and value
Anonymously It's a beautiful digeridoo. It's great to have a "real" one. It's a little different! Great service witha very nice and helpfull team. I like the politics of the didjshop. And it's very good to have classification of the didjes. Aboriginal Made Your shop seems veryseriously and honest
Anonymous from New Zealand I love everything about: The simple, natural design, the tone, the vocals, the resonance, the backpressure...EVERYTHING. It's all just great. Workmanship and service were great. The only issue was getting the didg through NZ customs, which was a surprise to both Didjshop and me. But I take it to be almost a good thing that customs had an issue because that's how real the didj is. Workmanship Svargo was really friendly and willing to help me out. He even played the two didjes I was really considering and gave me his feedback. Much much better on all aspects compared to the other didj. The other didj is a bit louder, and lighter in weight, but that is it.
Anonymous from Serbia I like the sound but it's a bit difficult for me to play because of the back pressure,I am not used to it yet 10 Workmanship No other reasons Sounds much better, looks much better
John Skillcorn from United Kingdom I like everything about it. I am a complete beginner, but I'm glad I bought a decent instrument to learn on. This has proved to be the case with this item, and already I feel I'm making great progress with a great sound. Your service is caring and friendly. I have contacted you a couple of times and have been delighted at the friendly and helpful responses I have had. Although a beginner, I'm already looking forward to my second didj! Workmanship I know I've scored you 5s almost all the way down, but these are scores which I genuinely believe reflect my experiences buying my first didj from you. Can't comment.
Tore Kenneth Wangen from Norway I just love my new didgeridoo, powerfull deep drone and playable overtones, even for an intermediate beginner. But - I believe - due to Norwegian winter climate, the didj has to be preheated (played for ca 15 minutes), before reaching its best performance. Really exellent service! But, I would have prefered a more non glossy, matte, finish. Otherwise the didj just look and feels great. Sound Quality Good informative webpage, and exellent personal service and information, thank you! They are hardware store PVC and Bamboo, so really no comparison at all...
Anonymously Looks beautiful, not sure about the sound yet as partner will need to learn how to play it first! I like that it has been made by indigenous people. Very quick and polite service. Fast delivery. Beautiful wood and well crafted. Workmanship
Mike from Canada I like the fact that the native people who made the didj get the profits.........not to mention the didj is beautiful......and sounds incredible Very helpful and a treat to talk to your staff......the workmanship is top notch Workmanship I just like that it is original..........that I could get something original was important Beats them all hands down
Carola from Germany Everything perfect. Like the painting and the sound of it. Would bye it again. Good and fast service. Thank you from Germany. Just perfect. Workmanship It is fair trade and aboriginals are not exploited. Sound is much better and it is easier to play
David Snyder from USA I have one other Australian Aboriginally-made didj, painted and with bark still on the bell-end (although rated for beginners, nowhere near concert quality); rather partial to the beauty of bark left on the eucalyptus; the am503 is gorgeous, with very careful workmanship throughout, making it a beautiful piece of craftsmanship; couldn't make it respond to me at first (much higher quality than I was used to), the didj itself told me when I got it right by even surprising myself with the deep rumble and natural reverb quality! "Pleased" doesn't come close to what I'm feeling! As I said, the workmanship is a fine-looking didj with a satisfying feel to the piece! Service....I don't think I could have gotten MYSELF from your place to mine faster than it took the didj! Workmanship Well, I DID win the didj thru the 2010 drawing....have been wanting to buy a didj from you for a long time anyway!! Price/value not applicable (having won the didj); sound quality--I have two others, including an Indonesian teakwood (sorry...), that are much larger; nowhere near the great sound quality!!
Eric Hamilton from USA Like: everything Dislike: nothing Amazing! Courteous, punctual, superb! Workmanship Respect and preservation of Aboriginal culture Way more awesome and expensive, way better value.
Anonymous from USA The wax that was put on there smelled bad...didnt even look like bees wax...i dont think that part is neccessary especially since you sent a piece of bees wax to use. other than that its amazing EXCELLENT Workmanship The real deal This one was much more expensive but I believe it was worth it
Timothy from USA Bassy vibrations/meditative Service was great. Was a bit worried about shipping, but it arrived safe and sound. Reliably graded I was looking for the right didj, not just any didj, I was looking for something special and unique. I think it was reasonably priced, I think overall sound quality to USD was better than I expected.
Howard Winfield from United Kingdom I love the weight of the didj; I also especially love the finish of the wood. Svargo got in touch with me about a problem and was really nice. He could have been rude and brash, but instead it was a pleasant experience. Low Price You guys just seem so dedicated to the cause. It would be silly to buy a didj from anywhere else.
Anonymously Love the shape and sound Service was impeccable Workmanship Buying from aboriginals
Trentino Telecomunicazioni from Italy Is my first didj, so I like every thing Your service was exelent and the workmanship is very accurate Aboriginal Made You gave me a good telephone service for the choice of my didj
Daran Wallman from Canada Perfectly shaped mouthpiece mouthpiece. Very easy to play. Excellent clear sound. Big and beautiful Excellent Workmanship I listen to my intuition. There is no comparison.
Daran Wallman from Canada Small, solid, easy to play. Feels good in my hands. amazing sound for such a small didj.Great shaping on the mouthpiece. Excellent. very satisfied as always. Workmanship I was intuitivly guided. Just listening to my angels. No comparision. The Didjshop didjs are in a class of there own.
Charles E. Lumpkins from USA It is an absolute dream, and I can't play it enough. I simply can not believe how rich, full, and responsive the sound is. I also wanted the most "natural" looking didj that I could find, so to get all bark one (which I didn't even know existed until I found your site) was absolutely wonderful! The service department was very helpful! I had several questions which they answered promptly and throughly. As to the workmanship, I find it to be a beautifully crafted didj. Reliably graded Being able to hear it was invaluable! Also, your listings by key where very helpful! There is no comparison. I have several bamboo didjes. One of which was made professionally by a man in Arkansas, the others I made myself. This didj is superior in so many ways, it's not even funny!
Thomas from Germany Very easy to play, sounds really great, beautiful painting - simply it's perfect The service was excellent - special thanks to Shiralee Workmanship Trustworthy website - especially the "sold didjes"-link - with so many sold didjes all over the world and even to my region this shop became first choice to me Al854 is twice the price of my other one but it's worth the money, sound quality is so much better, it's really high-grade
Piergiorgio Fiorucci from Italy A wood-man jammin'...resonance with nature Fast answer and delivering....brilliant Low Price Best on net!it seems to be a real action for aboriginal people Price was little high for the shipping and fees..good sound and quality
